I would characterize Cignetti as confident. I’ve never considered him arrogant. I never see him at the meetings, anyway…

#1. You need fewer friends. #2. If a deal has been done since ~March 1, it has to be a current non-coach. Contracts can be discussed, but an actual contract couldn’t be “done” while a coach is still under contract with another school. #3. How was Shaka interviewed last week if May and Drew couldn’t get interviews earlier because of a done deal? #4. May’s extension has always led me to believe something was already baked in for the IU job.
