So I was asked about the atmosphere tonight we finally got back to Fort Wayne so here is my update. the minute Woody came out, a guy behind me said “so you think we will get Steven’s after this season?”….several times I engaged with others around me who brought up that Woodson has to go. A lot of comments were made about how we don’t go after Indiana kids…and these guys were my age (35-40 years old). The crowd I believe was announced to have been 14,499. It felt like a good atmosphere, but Fish made the point on post game that a lot of people that don’t normally come to games come this time of year because of the students being gone. When the game was close (most of the way) there were a lot of people dogging the team for missed free throws and bad defense. Woody was not booed that I could hear at all. But a lot of trash talking his coaching ability.

I will be in attendance today. Taking my 77 year old grandpa. He hasn’t been back to Bloomington or to an IU game since the 76 championship. He’s pretty excited, I got us tickets right under the basket. I know this year hasn’t been ideal, but I’m excited for this game and time spent with my grandpa.

Just got out of the field goose hunting. I’ve watched since the 9 minute mark in the second half. This is some of the worst basketball I’ve watched in a while

Well this is certainly something….I just got home from Nebraska and was surrounded by a bunch of corn fed cows (the two legged kind you see at Purdue)….and this is what I get to come home to????

We are so bad on defense. We pull away from the rim and over help way too much. We lose our man on the switch almost every possession
