lol…. Of course I don’t the exact amount. The point was he came to IU because he got a LOT of money. Whatever the amount was, IU out bid other schools. If he didn’t get that money, he wasn’t coming to IU. Why do you care if people are saying $750000 or $500000 or $1 million? IU paid him to come.

I watched him in the works out with the other All Americans and also the game, along with YouTube and evaluations done by others. He’s a nice player and I am happy to stand by my opinion that he should not start next year and if he is one of the top 3 scorers, IU won’t have a successful season. Now do you….

They are professional athletes now. In a few years a lot of them will be making over a million a year. IU has bragged about its NIL size…and they are taking advantage of it. I am fine with it. No difference in this and Ohtani signing with the Dodgers….it is what it is…

lol…. Hey, if Tucker is TJD or Ware his freshman year, awesome. And if he sticks around as long as TJD it might happen. Tucker’s camp feels he is a one and done….and so did MM’s camp…and how did MM do the first 3/4 of the year? Did Woodson fulfill MM being a one and done? It’s my opinion that Tucker won’t contribute much next year. Nothing close to one and done All B10 numbers. If you disagree…or “WBR”… neat….

Woodson doesn’t have the system or development history for players like Tucker IMO.

Purdue and UConn develop players, IU doesn’t.

What position is he going to defend in the B10? We all know what MM was like on the defensive end last year and he averaged 12 pts a game. I don’t think Tucker is close to what MM was this time last year. I guess we will find out…

Check out the mock 2025 drafts. Things could change, but this class is a long way from strong.

MM was a lottery pick when he committed to IU this time last year. And it took him 3/4 of the year to not be a liability on the court. Tucker isn’t mentioned in any draft for any year and is a 180lbs 18 year old that can’t shoot the 3 and isn’t know to be a rebounder. What exactly are you expecting from him?

If IU gets 2 of Hickman, Rice, or Carlyle….they better get more mins than Tucker.

Our perimeter defensive problems is because MR can’t guard the 4 and MM just started guarding the 3 the last 6 or so games of the season. Not because Galloway/X/Cupps. Yes, Cupps got toasted a couple times….but not nearly as bad as MM and MR….which, why is MM and MR guarding the 3 and the 4? Well, look at the other end of the floor.
