I think a staff being sent the message that their future NIL increases are tied to results is better for our tourney chances than an extra 2M. Again, we’re already upper echelon! Plenty will and have made it with a far lower budget. Would an extra Reed Bailey really help this year?

Don’t love the message it sends the coaching staff, but sure. A staff that’s earned nothing thus far. You’re already top 20 in NIL, go make a tourney first. Going all in on resources hasn’t even gotten us into the dance recently. Let’s motivate the staff to get there before throwing more money at it.
