  1. I’m surprised Kopp gets so much hate when Stewart is just as bad on D
  2. He’s not been great on D but I thought he tried hard. We need someone who can hit a 3 tho. Race and Galloway aren’t getting it done.
  3. They were mostly open. Not sure they’ll make 75% or whatever again but surely it’ll be a high percentage if we can’t recover
  4. I’ve seen worse halfs but that was bad
  5. I’m literally going to lose my appetite for watching college basketball with these reviews. I stopped watching the NFL and gave up my season tickets because of them. This is boring
  6. Need to get into single digits before half
  7. I bet the over Assuming our D would have a letdown today. Didn’t expect our offense to be so lifeless though
  8. Just awful basketball, so far. Both ends look horrible. Maybe to be expected, but this game will get ugly if they don’t wake up.
  9. Keep working it to the middle on this zone. Galloway should help with D and ball movement
  10. Time to get Kopp and/or Stewart out. If they can’t get open shots to fall there’s little reason to have them in.
  11. In Providence. Butler isn’t all that good. Anything can happen in cbb. I hope IU can avoid a letdown today.
  12. Still amazed Durr player that many minutes. One thing getting a little lost may be how crucial Race Thompson was. Not a huge stat line but he’s all over this chart.
  13. I wouldn’t rule that out for the trip to Mackey.
  14. I’ve been critical if Xavier. I thought he played a fine game last night. A couple bad shots from an aggressive player is to be expected. It’s the compounding of mistakes on top of mistakes that kill a team. Zero turnovers from our guards is amazing.
  15. I don’t know if it is that or a different version where the players just seem to like and respond to Woody. I was actually a little higher on Woodson than most, even before he was hired, but one of my reservations was having an “nba style” coach. From the clips I’ve watched, he has this very old school, fatherly demeanor where he tries to improve each player individually as he instructs. Maybe he’ll never be an A+ Xs and Os guy (although, I actually think we have done ok in that dept so far), but he’ll be a team-builder type where the whole continues to grow greater than the sum of the parts throughout the season. We’ll find out more in the seasons to come as the roster turns over. But I am digging his style so far, and only a small part of that is related to the fact that he obviously loves IU.
  16. I’m not a big perspective type poster, but I think this one convinced me. I hope all the kids had a great night of partying and missing Friday morning classes if they were dumb enough to sign up for one. I’d love to be the program we were in the 70s-90s, but we’re not. I don’t care about the court so much as I hope we can build off this and it isn’t a one time fleeting flash of success like we got with Davis and Crean (and avoided with Archie).
  17. Lol…same. I’m not going to be grumpy ol man though. Very happy with the win , especially fighting through adversity of no tjd
  18. I don’t like it. But it won’t ruin my stellar mood. I’m happy for Phin TJD the guys and woody. Nice win
  19. Storming the court after beating Purdue. Bleh…
  20. I don’t mind Stewart because of offense. Kopp was stealing mins
  21. Can’t believe we’re going to give this away. oh wait…yes i can :/
