    Here's what happened with Beebe. He got a bigger offer after he signed his papers. His agent got involved and they wanted to see if IU would pay more. Cig didn't want to play the game. The fact that he signed the papers makes this a little more complicated than just reopening his recruitment. This isn't the same as signing an NLI and asking for a release.
