I know insider or not though Glass was gonna go after Billy D. He wouldnt have made calls around the state asking about him of he didnt plan on it. This is Billy saying no. Nothing on Glass. FWIW this is no inside info whatsoever but a statement from somebody I respect in the basketball ranks. Played with Yogi Ferrell and Trevon Bluiett some people that remember probably know who I am talking about already but he emailed me a bit ago saying he didnt believe Billy D was possible until today realistically. He said after last night's game Billy D has to know they are no where near championship contender and have now been swept by the Warriors. Without KD last night even. He is a huge RW fan as well and said BD's body language has changed a lot since these rumors came afloat and last night just looked like he was sick of being there. I can confirm that lol. He looked miserable. Said his guy was reached out by Glass the other day as I told you guys the other day and both of them kinda laughed that it would happen but that Glass was dead set on him as realistic by the convo. Said it took him to watch the last few OKC games to believe it. Also said he still doubts it happens but only because we cant afford him which I believe to not be true. I love everyone following me over to the Mike White bandwagon. I must say I am glad you guys finally noticed him. I told everyone not to be surprised if they made a run and if they did he should be a top 3 choice. Now that that has came true, being 40 years old, having a top 20 defense each year at UF, Offense hasnt been too bad. This year it was great last year average but his style is fun to watch. With the right players it looks effortless at times. If we dont get Billy I WANT Mike White or Tony Bennett and honestly I think White is above Bennett for me. As long as we dont schedule Vandy he will do awesome here. Sadly I havent seen too many people mentioning him but neither was Crean before he was hired. Sean isn't coming here if he wanted to leave or even thought about it he wouldnt have signed an extension literally 3 or 4 months ago. On top of that I think Mike White will end up being a serious candidate if this last longer than he is in the tourney. Great defense and Billy D vouched for him to take over for him. If you guys remember correctly when he was introduced at NM he was asked about Pierce and the whole situation. Alfords response was after he left the program he wasnt my responsibility anymore. I know he dont need to babysit guys after but to go from calling the DA's office to get him to play ball again to bashing him as soon as he couldnt is the most telling part about him as a man.
