Well probably but you can get away with it in college basketball. Look at San Diego State. They aren't title contenders but they're normally around the Top 25 with a very strong defense. I think Scales and Crawford are our studs and look the part. I really hope Simmons almost never see's the field. He just doesn't have the speed needed to compete with the elite. He also likes to run into packs of people like he's Trent Richardson. The Dline will be questionable though after losing Latham. But our DB's could finally be improved from recent years with Crawford and Fant. They are fun. Went to the IU-MSU game back when Blake Powers took over the QB spot. And a few others. Worst was the Minnesota game. It was like 35 degrees, made the comeback... and stupidly threw a screen pass and Minny recovered and ended the game. Other than that they are awesome. Not a single bad seat in the stadium.
