    It said Franklin met with Dolson before entering his name in the portal today which makes me think we might be some time away from getting a new coach. If someone was going to be hired in the next day or two think Dolson would have mentioned that to Franklin and let him speak to them before entering his name.

    As someone who grew up in Indiana but just lived in Mass for the last 4 years he is not a Masshole. You are born that way and he can breath without his mouth open and that’s one of the qualifications.

    Yeah Boston reporter said Brad told his players he decided to stay (guessing in that meeting) normally a team will respond and come out and kick butt...instead they lose to the Kings. If that doesn’t tell you where this will end up in a year or two

    I have a feeling Brad wanted to stay with the Celtics all along but the wife wanted to return so he was entertaining the idea. Then once Boston offered the same he made the final decision. If so Goodluck moving forward cause extra money ain’t going to change that feeling.

    I like Beard a lot but all the talk of him loving Texas and his kids there makes me think it will turn into another Stevens where we offer and he gets a raise at Texas Tech and we are searching for #3. Just like UCLA did

    If true I wonder if the Celtics players have gotten word...which leads to Romeo telling all the IU players then it’s out cause they wouldn’t keep that to themselves.

    If we are indeed meeting with him does he have to have permission from the Celtics to do so like in other leagues? If so and they granted him permission has to mean Celtics would be willing to move on.
