You have to be able to shoot, we couldn't get good shots off. You can try to break down why but Syracuse was a terrible matchup for us. Blame Crean all you want, he could've done more to find an answer, but 6'0" guards can't do anything to a zone with the shortest defender at 6'5".

To each their own I guess. Hard to play a zone when you can't see around it.

The advantage that this team has is that it's guards are not all 6'0" that is the sole reason Syracuse tore us up.

Guys it's simple, rankings give a good a good idea on what this player can become. It's all based on potential. 5 stars can lose work ethic or stop caring as much and be a bust, while 3 stars can work their as off, get help from a good coach and explode. In the end it's all on a coach and how they read and interact with players.

I understand where you're coming from, but you have to look at things outside of just wins and losses. Wilson has built some promise on the offensive side of the ball, but to me it's not that we are 18-37 it's how we're losing games. If you have to score 56 to beat Rutgers then I don't see what promise you have as a coach. I'm fine with giving Wilson another year, but regardless of out record the Defense better make a huge step forward.
