I'm not an attorney either, but frequently design sports inspired logos/shirts etc. so I've done a bit of research. As long as the IU logo isn't used, nor "Indiana Hoosiers" together, to be safe, it should be good. I do think "It's Miller Time" is a trademark slogan however.

I won't post the link as I'm not sure what the rules are, but I designed an "Archie" comic style version available for shirts also.

I'm not so sure, at this point he's basically just a spot up shooter. Due to his injuries (and even pre-injury), he just isn't very fast for a guard. Even his freshman year he couldn't beat anyone off the dribble and would get blocked almost every time he drove. His 3 point shooting is top tier, so I'm sure we'll keep him for that alone. -
I'm torn on what is best for the team as far as JBJ staying or going.

Have no idea if a joke or what the reasons would be, but some reporter tweeted that Crean was at a 76ers practice today haha

The thing is, without the Billy Donovan pipedream that everyone got hyped for (including myself), there are only two coaches you could argue that were real possibilities who are better than Archie. Marshall and Bennett. Outside of those two, who do you think would be better than Archie? No one in my opinion.

You have to factor the tougher opponents vs. the better players. This balances out.. He had weaker opponents with worse players.

You are really dense huh? Archie is obviously the better coach... He's done what Crean did (and went further in the tourney) without nearly as many resources...

Except Crean had more money in the program, better facilities, better state, better school, better in-state players available, better players.... Yea fair comparison though.

Archie is definitely the best option. Donovan - Can't win with a triple double machine Mack - No eyebrows Marshall - Looks just like Crean; wife Bennett - Too handsome, would distract our players White - Just graduate high school

Yea going with 90% odds he isn't there after looking at all the "evidence" so far.

I'm not believing it until there's proof he is in town, but nothing you mentioned has anything to do with Donovan. The only timing he needs is a break in his NBA schedule, which he has.

Rabjohns said it in a non-believing way, but he did say a booster emailed him that the Donovan announcement will be on Monday.
