Agreed with these posts above. I don't know how Je'ney doesn't body slam Crean with this starts happening late in the season. I'm a little cocky myself but Crean could seriously use some humility in regards to coaching. I do like how he has made some "references" to making some mistakes lately

Ok after watching UK, those dudes are totally beatable. Get a team who can play a 2-3 with the hands up (please Crean please) and can actually throw one in the ocean from outsode and it's a wrap. Oh and a pinch of refs not allowing uk to shove people in the back all game during rebounds.

Man I wish we had that dude. This iu class was very legit having blackmon Rojo and lyles in it. This year would be a lot more relaxing in our minds. I hope we can start actually playing 6'8 beefier athletic dudes at the 4 also along with an agile 6'9 or 6'10 center. That would be nice for a change. It looks like we will play similar ball next year.

I would also consider that this is a stupid young team who doesn't collectively know how to put teams away just yet. Looked who stepped up when it mattered most, yogi and something of a note is how Stan was really pesky on defense.

Watching what the other big programs have going on I think our Hoosiers are doing just fine. We all knew we might have a hangover verses Lamar. I almost wonder if they were or have been prepping for Monday and just skimming on Lamar given the level of competition. I know if I was running things I certainly would not exactly prep for Lamar and give much more of the 2 day focus to Eastern. Looks to me like the Hoosiers have a shot to do some good things in conference too.

atta boy Cody. I like how when he got rocked last year that was posted for weeks and weeks on the internet and not a hush when the tables turned on the next go 'round. 

I'm with you on his need to bring an elite big. Quite honestly, with our guard set, I would abandon all other recruiting for next year except for elite bigs. I'm not the coach and probably lack some inside perspective but to me, it's elite big or run with what you got Crean. 

I was also not amazed that UK garnered 4 articles on the front page about the game. Talk about slobbing. It needed a front page article for blowing a cupcake out a few days ago but just crickets for us putting up 116. Oh and IU is now rated 25 on kenpom.com. yea buddy!

I'm amazed at how that dude isn't an all American and in the race for player of the year. He is like an oversized hollowell.

Can't wait to run into some more solid schools to give our team a good punch to the mouth. We will start seeing what they are made of son enough. It will be good to get back to proper depth this week with our guys coming back. I would sprinkle them in if I was Crean and not upset what we have going. How about that dunk on Willy? Easy and 1 call except for inside Rupp. Then in the other end a straight bulldozer lowered shoulder for a UK and 1. In that scenario, that half circle zone should be irrelevant. That is a loophole waiting to be exploited.

As much as I want to jump in on this conversation about scholarships, I really like this current team and don't even want to think about it. It always works out though. I do wish we would keep the over recruiting to a minimum because when u keep doing it, we lose those 3and 4 year guys that we will need for deep tourney runs. However, we sorely need a big center to complete this roster, moving forward. Unless they are elite power forwards, I would have left the last two alone possibly. Commit to Devin Davis and Priller, Perea.. maybe Hoetzel (new point forward like "the hollowell project") and leave the pf thing alone for 2 years imo.

I don't mean to be cruel to UK since my family is from Hazard and my dad is a lifelong uk fan and loves his basketball, but I would just love to see the day where something just implodes around Cal and it all comes out. Bledsoe's grades, the brow and his mom's living quarters, etc. Can't wait

Yea ball state is certainly better than IU as a football program. Maybe he wants some more national attention though. Not too far fetched
