    But he wasn't their head coach! Nor did he recruit those specific players there as it's the NBA. We'll see if he can relate to young players and coach them in today's college basketball!

    Would stink. His defensive potential reminds me of O.G. Pending who he can convince to remove their name from the portal, It could be an impressive impression from Woodson before we even play a basketball game or attend an AAU event.

    I think we need all of them besides Al to stay. Race is important, Franklin is our best guard, Kristian has the most potential, and Jordan might develop into what Woodson wants.

    His ability to recruit the teams own players coming back will give us a sign of his recruiting abilities, stop. He said he would beg for them to stay. Let's see how good he is.

    When Race was injured we ran 4-out. Don't sit here and tell me we didn't run it at all this year. When our offense collapsed and we went small with subs, it was 4-out.

    Press conference was solid. We'll finally find out if an Indiana guy can really save Indiana Basketball or if this program is truly dead. His staff will tell a lot about his confidence in recruiting. Players currently in the portal staying in the portal and leaving will tell a lot as well honestly.

    Because his resume doesn't scream *HIRE ME* It's extremely risky hiring this guy! We'll see if being an "Indiana" guy changes anything.

    $21million /6yrs seems fair to me.

    He's an advisor. Back-channel recruiting and advisor to coaching / program. Basically an assistant GM of an NBA. 6 year contract. We can assume he's not making too much and the buy-out won't be anything to worry about.

    If we're going all in on an Indiana guy then we should with the staff. This hire is already risky enough, let's push it to unheard of boundaries. An all-staff that played at Indiana. Lewis, Guyton, Fife, Moye, Cheaney. I wonder if Randy Whittman will be considered for something?
