None of those players can shoot, our offense is already worse than Archie's offense by the numbers. Our best hope is that Parker and Kopp can contribute to the shooting end as our season ends.

Transfers are typically not great players as well. They are on their way out for a variety of potential reasons, playing is one of them. Sometimes transfers hit though, we've had our share of transfers who were shooters that helped us out greatly in the Crean years. But most of the time, transfers are going to be busts.

Rewatching the final play Woodson drew up with 19.2 seconds left in the clock. Kopp threw the basketball in. TJD, Johnson, and Race set 3 screens for Parker to get the basketball. (Someone who can't handle the basketball or put the basketball on the ground) Parker catches the basketball way to close to the sideline. Kopp comes off the Iverson screens from Race and TJD (Ideally to hit Kopp for a 3 while Johnson goes and sits in the corner. Parker doesn't have a good pass and Wisconsin chases the screen actions without switching. Parker is left to handle the basketball with screens coming from TJD and Race. Why not switch Parker and Johnson at the very least? At least Johnson can sometimes create for others. Very hard to watch from Woodson. I'm sure he didn't sleep well last night after drawing that up.

This is a very weak draft class. He's a second rounder. He can play the five in the NBA G-League. A team will draft him and hope he develops into something in the G-League. He'll be just fine in the G- League. Now it's up for his future coaching staff and trainers to develop his shooting ability. He still has potential.

I'd be surprised if Race comes back. He's been here since 2017, his roommate is about to get drafted in the second round. He might look to compete for a championship next year at a good program. The idea of Durr starting next to Jordan makes me want to throw up. Maybe we go small ball with Jordan at the 5. Johnson - Hood - Trey - Kopp - Jordan. Fun off-season coming here in a 3 weeks.

I'd have to go back to watch the film, I forget if Wisconsin got IU into the switch of Kopp on Davis. If they didn't then it's very disappointing from the coaching staff. It should be no secret that Kopp and Parker can't guard a loaf of bread. Another reason why these kids are both "transfer" kids.

I can try to confirm this later on Synergy. But it’s not too surprising.

Woody has plenty of time. Scott isn’t going to fire him anytime soon. The recruits next year and a summer or development will help. But losing TJD and Race potentially will be killer. Even if we hit the transfer market, there’s a reason these players are transferring to another school. Sometimes the grass is greener, sometimes it isn’t for these players. The last play is more likely to work in the NBA, but even then it was pretty simple. I’m sure there’s a major difference between coaching NBA players as an assistant to coaching D1 athletes who are no where near NBA players. We need a more modern offense, I think Woodson mentioned modern during the off season but I see pretty bland stuff out there so far.

It’s even worse when our coaching staff takes a good majority of the blame in both of our losses this year to Wisconsin. Up 22 at Wisconsin, then we lose. Up until the 2 minutes last night, then lose. Yeah this roster isn’t all that talented and it’s not his kids, but we had opportunities to beat Wisconsin twice this year and we failed to do so. Not great.

Stevens is going to get back into coaching eventually. Hopefully he’s our next head coach!

If he didn’t play at Indiana, he wouldn’t have been hired. Pretty simple.

Tom Crean will be available in a month. Does he want to come back to Bloomington to be our OC? Who doesn’t miss watching the dribble drive and dribbling the basketball around the top until there’s 8 seconds left in the shot clock!

Hell he was out of the NBA for two years very recently. He hasn’t been a head coach in almost a decade. He shouldn’t get all the blame and obviously he didn’t recruit all these players, but he has hasn’t been all that impressive in tough times this season.

But it’s Brad Stevens, who has accomplished more than Woodson ever has. More than what a lot of coaches ever have, to be fair.

- Please no more Pittsburg transfers. Johnson is a bigger headache than Newkirk. His inability to shoot kills our already limited offense. - Parker and Kopp have officially displayed why they are transfer kids. - Love Trey, but how do you grow up in Indiana and not learn how to shoot the basketball? - Woodson lineups were questionable at times. 5 bench players in at one time, twice in the same game vs a ranked opponent in a very important game? NO! - Terrible execution at the end. We have Parker Stewart handling the ball at the top after the Iverson cut from Kopp? I’m not buying that. Stewart can’t put the ball on the ground, im sure it wasn’t the look but man that was terrible!

He did pretty solid at a young age at a terrible D1 program. He’s learned under Izzo. He’s an IU guy! All it takes is to be an IU guy to land the job these days!

We have to win out to make the dance. That isn’t happening. Woodson hasn’t been impressive since we started playing competition in the B1G. The line ups tonight at times.. yikes!

Look for Kopp to get a hammer action for a 3 here. Should have TJD for a layup if they rush Kopp.
