    The missing ingredient is we play in the dumpster fire known as the big 10. Im sounding like a broken record at this point but the big 10 runs the basketball program (and officiates) in a way that turns people off. People dont want to play in a league that runs basketball like it does not care about its league being successful.     The Big Ten has had 26 teams make the tournament the last three years and are 4-26 getting to the Sweet 16. How should the Big 10 (if they actually put their ego aside and realize the problem they created) fix this. they have made the big 10 a joke.
