So many coaching mistakes in last nights game. 1 play that stands out is Crean putting Green in the game in crunch time with 3 mins to play. We were down by 2 with the ball and Green commits a horrible TO and Neb hits a 3 to go up 5 and Crean immediately pulls green out of the game. Why was he in there to begin with? Why was McRoberts in there so long when he wasn't playing good D and has 0 offensive game? Just makes no sense. His substitution patterns are still all over the place they make absolutely no sense. Crean hasn't had a good defensive team since he's been here. The guy can develop players into good basketball players but he is just not a good game coach. His teams constantly play unprepared uninspired basketball against inferior opponents. it's really sad to see these same things happen over and over again year after year. What more do people need to see that crean is not the guy that will get us to the next level. I'm very happy he's won two Big Ten championships but last year's championship was basically won because of an unbalanced easy Big Ten schedule, he gets bounced early in the Big Ten Tournament every year and the 3 sweet 16 games we've played have been double-digit losses. To me he's not even close to getting over the hump where we want to be. The days of yesteryear are gone. Indiana is no longer a blue blood but we have the resources to get back to that. the administration can not continue to settle for mediocrity. There are really great coaches out there I think would love to come to Indiana. We've got to make a move and soon before this thing gets any worse.

Yeah it's total BS. The guy I got the info from was misinformed. I know a guy who's cousin work's in the AD at UK and said he had committed, but it's defenlty not true. Sorry!

Heard from a good source that Romeo is going to commit to UK soon. Maybe when they play their game on ESPN.

The defense is the thing. If you can't play defense in the league at his position you'll never make it (unless you're James Harden which he is absolutely not). Troy can block shots but he can't keep a guy in front of him to save his life. Hope I'm wrong but I think he'll be playing overseas next year if he doesn't come back.

Robert Morris guard Rodney Pryor will graduate and transfer, per a source. Would definitely put in a call to this guy. Averaged 18pts and 8rebs per game.

If TW and TB come back I think the starting lineup will be Rojo, JBJ, Troy, OG & Bryant. With Hartman, Morgan, Davis, Newkrik, Cujo, and Green off the bench. Dont see much PT for Gelon or Priller.

It really amazes me that people still support Crean. What in Crean's 20 years of coaching makes people think things are ever going to change? He is a good recruiter, a wonderful promoter and BSer, and a below average coach. His team's have always played undisciplined on offense, and nonexistent on defense. It's the same now as it was from day 1. Just better talent now which is enough to get wins, but not enough to take us to the next level. His team's always have a low basketball IQ and that's a direct reflection of coaching. Take away 1 year with a future HOF at Marquette and what has Crean done? Nothing! He is what he is, and that's a below average coach!

If Glass isn't going to make the move Crean isn't going anywhere. He's not leaving for any other job. If Glass knows that Stevens is interested and wants to come to IU and he doesn't make a move he deserves to be fired as well.
