It’s heartbreaking to watch this happening right before our eyes. An IU legend being booed, mocked and dragged - by his own right or not - is saddening. I’m as guilty as anyone, but how can we fans be blamed? The University created this mess. I was not even around when Woodson played, but I know how painfully terrible this is. Why does our University make things so much harder for itself? Tradition is obviously big at Indiana, but why have they allowed us to get away from it as far as product on the court for as long as we have? I have so many questions and most are culture/process-centric.

Sad is the right way to describe the entire situation. It hurts to watch this unfold. The Athletic Department needs to take action now - one way or the other - for Woody’s sake.

A colleague gave an interesting observation to me earlier today…the past two games Mike has worn a tie with the opposing team’s colors. He says Mike knows he’s gone. Take it with a grain of salt, but he ain’t lying about the tie colors. It used to be red and only red until now.

Last post of the night: I found the players and coaches before they came out of halftime. I heard Clif Marshall yell “Lock in for 20 more minutes!” The response was zero buy in. No one was engaged. Players are not paying attention & laughing. I’m over this sh-t!
