That's an impressive team. Lots of talent right now FSU has 1/5 of a recruiting class from one dang scool.

Thank you sir! Thanks for cleaning it up and adding to it!

Offered - 4/26 Detroit, MI (Cass Technical) 6'1"/200 247 Rivals ESPN Scout out of Cass tech. He released his top ten recently. We made it with some pretty top dogs. Hopefully he can see what we have done with developing fast and athletic LBs. Love his speed and skills. Yes he's undersized but so was Tegray. Would be a great steal out of MI.

South End Zone Expansion/Stadium Renovation Thread
lucel15 replied to RBB89's topic in Indiana Hoosiers Football
I am going to go with troll and or solely basketball fan who doesn't want IU football to succeed, especially after the why don't we give money to basketball, baseball or soccer programs. He must have missed all of he recent upgrades to those programs... Oh and not to mention the football addition is basically for all sports from my understanding lol -
South End Zone Expansion/Stadium Renovation Thread

I wasn't going to say anything because people have already covered it.... but it here I go. You realize allen isn't running the offense. Do you watch anything related to IU athletics or iu football. Because Debord wants to be quicker than Wilson was last year. He wants the ball snapped 10-15 seconds after the ball is placed or set or even quicker. Wilson this past year to on average almost 20 seconds. Oh btw iu has been growing in the receuiting circuit for the past 3-5 years. Also most kids you see in the NFL or excelling are 3* kids which iu gets and develops in their "menard's" weight room. The new buildings and rooms will only help with recruiting which will bring in the 5 and 4 stars you want. It's also statistically proven that 5* and 4* do not make a huge dent on on field performances. I also created a formula and wrote my my senior econometrics paper on this topic and actually presented it to ADs and the NCAA panel just as my friend flew to Houston to present his findings on drunk driving and age. Many of these things can be proven with formulas and equations. And schools are actually focusing in on 3* players or lower and working to develope players (which is what these donors are doing) investing in youth and lastly Athletics in all actuality. So your asinine argument that these buildings will not help are fully opinionated and actually false. Recruits are caring more and more about facilities and what the behind the scenes can offer rather than W-L. Yes that is a variable, but like I said they want facilities and they want to train in an NFL caliber facility which iu has and will continue to have. So please if you don't like what iu is doing and continuing to do with IU football please do not contribute, please do not buy a ticket and do not cheer when they make another bowl this upcoming season, remember this conversation as you are a doubter and a hater on what iu is trying to build and create in Bloomington. Luce is out breakthrough 2k17! -

Yall need to follow him asap. He's big and his latest training video..... Light on his feet. I love what I see from him. He's got a lot of pride and a lot to prove. Not high ranked. But scored high at a nike camp one of the highest point rankings at a camp from last year in the nation. Let's go RBU -
2018 IUFB Recruiting
lucel15 replied to Class of '66 Old Fart's topic in Indiana Football Recruiting Forum
Bored. So I went through on 247 and looked up all of out offers that we have extended out and been verified.....and man I like the boys coach Allen is going after. I hope we can snag a few up and steal some of these top recruits. I know stars are not everything but just one 5* or even two 4* and I'll love it lol. Love the kids we have already and I'm hoping we can keep in state kids at home at The Indiana University. -
He's already bigger than his brother and his film is nice. Even tho Zander had a great film as well. Look at the Twitter pictures he's big compared to Zander.

I'm all for this offer

My only thing about him and recruits today.... Always wishing for a visit or offer. Yes I understand we are not prestigious like other schools...but don't committ if you're like a bad gf waiting on the next Fabio to come along. This kid is so vocal about being super excited about Louisville offer and hoping so bad for a visit. Lol. It's like just decommitt. Sorry for my rant. I just wish there was some more loyalty and honor. Psh oh well if we keep him we keep him if not I'm not mad. HC Tommy boy and his crew are hitting it hard and I think we will get some great recruits this year. -
Top 6. Only saw this because our boy retweeted. I'm down. Seems like a good athlete. Hey CC wanna do your thing and add Brian Johnson a page. Your adds are more refined. I paste a link lol. I give you permission to use the picture. Manvel, TX (Manvel) 6'2"/183 247 Scout Rivals ESPN Videos

IUFB Spring Game - April 13th @ 7 pm ET
lucel15 replied to lucel15's topic in Indiana Hoosiers Football
My takes from last night 1.Ramsey played very well for his age. Very quick. Zander like movement. 2. Lagow had no help from receivers besides simmie. RBs and some WRs dropped like 7+ passes that were placed perfectly. I think we will be fine and I think he will be fine. (Wish we did first team O vs first team D just to see for a quarter or something. 3. Hard to gauge either line. Especially when starters are split up and what not. I liked the draft format but like above I wish we could have seen 1v1s. 4. Juan Harris had a few jitters (jumping offsides twice I believe). But he is a huge dude. However, he had some great pushes off the ball. He extends and gets separation from OL. 5. Riggins played really well against simmie. Having him and Fant will be great again. Our DBs are loaded we have a ton of talent and size back there. Along with LBs solid speed and size. 6. Ball is a beast still. He looked faster, bigger, and made good reads (glad he didn't take anyone's head off). 7. Hayden Whitehead. Welcome to Bloomington mate. What a leg. What a leg. He had some very very good punts last night. Granted he didn't have anyone running at him. But hangtime and distance Wowza. Sorry Gedion I love that you can run a 4.4 40 as a punter but Hayden is legit. Thank you Australia. 8. WR corps is loaded with size speed. A lot of young kids to keep an eye on. TE to unit seems deep as well. 9. RBs out last night Gest, Natee, Majette were on sidelines for their teams. I didn't see Patrick or Williams. Arod looks to have picked up some speed. 10. I think we will get pressure and sacks on opposing QBs. Granted both lines were a hodgepodge of first and second teamers....but there were a lot of hurries and sacks called last night. Overall im excited to see what this team can do against OSU for our first game. The crowd was engaged and I was surprised with the amount of fans that came out and students. Especially for a Thursday night 7:00 kick off we had more than last years spring game for sure. It's gonna suck not having our nice video board. Can't yell at the zebras when they miss a call. Having the stadium enclosed will be cool tho!! Gonna be world class. Cheers red men and sorry for my long post. Luce is out -

On that note I'm excited to see if tj Simmons who was our 3 year starter at MLB comeback after redshirting last season and obviously getting beat out. He had a great freshman and sophomore season. Also these QBs throwing to the RBs are awful. Overthrowing, under throwing not helping at all Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners mobile app

Oliver should have stayed. Does anyone know why he didn't play in bowl? Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners mobile app

On the nfl combine website. Someone has feeney 3rd round. Says no need to waste pick basically on a zone guy. Watching combine and Redding gets compliments on routes. Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners mobile app

Cuts are looking very good compared to some of the top backs. I know his scouting is between tackles runner but he must have worked hard on cuts Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners mobile app

40's this year were way slower than the past. Top 4 were still 4.49-4.56 for top 4 in draft. Everyone else was basically 4.6-4.8. His next drill was better had some great jump cuts. He will be a 5-7 rd draft pick. Besides the top 5 rbs it's still a very deep class a lot of big big backs. Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners mobile app

Yeah there was some hope from what I hear from my brother. But I guess before the bowl they found out that it was going to be permanent. Because I guess his peripheral was coming back slightly but I guess it never got better Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners mobile app

Belden is a family friend and his career is most likely over. Unfortunately. He was a great hs football player played with my brother and they still talk and hangout, but this latest injury happened in practice this fall. He was poke through the facemask and it left him blind in one eye. Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners mobile app
