Holy Crap! NC State may have just had the blunder to end all blunders. Yup. Edit: They turned Vandy on downs up 3, they had to run out the clock except the QB got strip sacked in the end zone and Vandy recovered for the game winning TD.

Hell I remember being able to see the northern 3rd of the field all the way from the sidewalk on 17th St. The only thing stopping it on gameday was if the opposing team parked their buses behind the small south stand.
