  7. There are some severe cases of little brother syndrome there I tell ya! Comments on how we like to change coaches every few years and so on. Just face it Purdouche fans, you are the little brother, and there will be times that you get the best of us; however as one individual posted on there, those times are going to become limited! At least one of them has seen the light, lol.
  8. I heard some stuff on a couple podcasts about this. My perception from what I listened to is the Archie runs a "position-less" defense where each player can or is capable of covering each position of D. They really didn't speak too much on the O side of the ball, but judging how disciplined Archie's teams at Dayton were, it doesn't bother me as much as CTC's "position-less" system worked were no one seemed to know the game plan and lacked fundamental control. I think IU will still play fast, but I think each guy is going to know when and where to be and how to react to each situation. That video that was posted some time ago of Archie explaining how his O system works seemed pretty simple. "Position-less" basketball seems to be becoming the norm and I think you have to have the right coach, the right game plan, and the right players for this to work. I believe that we have taken a HUGE step on the coach part of it and it will only take some time for the returning players to "understand" how the system works.
  9. LMAO, spent a little time this morning on Black and Gold! The tears are like candy to me, so sweet, some are already call for Painter's head!
  10. I hope so, we need a good in-state kid that wants to play for IU, then sprinkle a little Romeo in the mix, the potential will soar!
  11. I just checked that as well, I don't think they know how to handle Archie at IU yet! Who's next, so far Christmas is turning out pretty well.
  12. Landed Race Thompson, Aaron Henry could commit at any second, and sounds like we are Top 2 for Romeo.
  13. Welcome to the Hoosier Nation, Race! Didn't see the re-class coming, but excited to see a Top 100 recruit getting to come in a year early as a Redshirt and gain a wealth of knowledge and experience! This could end up being a really good thing.
  14. Players seem pretty up beat and DD looks much better!
  15. Here is the release from the NCAA: http://www.ncaa.org/about/resources/media-center/news/former-louisville-operations-director-acted-unethically-head-coach-failed-monitor In regards to the scholly's: A reduction in men’s basketball scholarships by two during the 2016-17 year (self-imposed by the university). Additionally, the university must reduce men’s basketball scholarships by four over the probation period. The university may take the reductions during any year of that period.
  16. Man, just read Eric Crawford's tweet "I think you could title this passage from the final infractions report on Louisville basketball: "Why the NCAA is so ticked off"" All I can say is damn and why are those coaches not in jail for paying for hookers for a 16yo and 2 17 yos!
  17. http://verbalcommits.com/schools/louisville Link to a spreadsheet on Prostitute U's scholly situation.
  18. Seth Greenburg on ESPN radio: Prostitute U will lose 1 scholarship per year of the probation period. 4 Total
  19. Seth Greenburg on ESPN radio: Prostitute U will lose 1 scholarship per year of the probation period. 4 Total.
  20. According to the ESPN article, the NCAA accepted the self imposed post season ban, but will face additional scholarship reductions and recruiting restrictions. They already have two 2018 recruits committed.
  21. From ESPN looks like they are loosing scholly's as well. "In addition, the Cardinals will face scholarship reductions and recruiting restrictions and the forfeiture of any money received though conference revenue sharing from the 2012-15 NCAA tournaments."
  22. Prayers for you and your family.
