Most of the practice consisted of half court drills, but during the full court drills and brief scrimmages, Bryant’s stock has been on the rise. He did a great job defending some talented bigs, while most are considered better than Bryant; he continues to outplay many of them. He runs the floor well and is always active.   Emmitt's gonna have to go to the "Nigel Hayes/Frank Kaminsky - big guys who learned to hit the open 17 foot jumper" school for them to play a lot together. 

Thomas Bryant and Emmitt Holt are good friends, and they are going to absolutely KILL IT together next year.

I think that Devin Davis's health is part of the consideration. No inside info and I hope it's not an issue, but it might be.

  No. He is currently working as a top assistant for a perennial top ten program. His next job will be as a head coach.     Yes, but TB has the whole world in his ear. Eventually, the decision will be his.

    I'm not arguing about Glass saying supportive things regarding CTC. He is!   What I am saying is that AD Glass is a lawyer and a very smart guy. He chooses his words carefully. A complete endorsement would not need to include ANY of the compliments that he threw CTC's way. It would simply consist of:   "Tom Crean WILL BE the Indiana Men's Basketball coach for the coming season."    Glass has not done that. And I believe that is telling.

      Not quite, my Crean-supportive friend!  Three weeks ago he said:   "I'm bullish on Tom...He's done a really good job with these guys. It's ridiculous to say that someone is coaching for his job for one game and that it would be up or down in one game...He's a great coach...He has my full support. I have a great deal of confidence in Tom's body of work. This team overachieved early and then hit a tough patch." "There is a sense that Tom is only keeping his job because of the buyout...And while that's a big number and a significant amount of money, that's not what is keeping him in the job. I think he needs to be the coach. ... I want him to be the coach here."   What he DID NOT say three weeks ago is that..."He's staying"

  The AD DID NOT say "he's staying".   The AD said "I continue to support Tom Crean as our coach."   Those are VERY different statements. Very, very different.

Since message boards are the place to report rumors, apparently someone on Peegs has a brother's cousin's uncle who is supposed to be a realtor who has listed the Crean house in Bloomington.
