The exact same thing could be said the other way you all let it bother you so much when other people call the “insiders” stuff a bunch of fantasy land BS if you want to believe it go ahead but why get upset that others call it out as make believe

And on Monday at midnight if it doesn't happen, you will be able to point to that part and say it is false. But I won’t because then “insiders” will pivot to something like “Brad had second thoughts over the weekend” or “Tracy vetoed it and made them stay in Boston” or “insert excuse here” and that’s how this **** always goes and it’s exhausting

I don't agree. The person sharing what they have heard is simply that and should be taken at face value. If someone is going to refute what that person heard, I believe that they would need to prove it wrong to be able to say it was false. But at some point common sense plays a factor were told that there is a verbal agreement and Scott was making changes to send Brad a final contract that met all of brads demands and that Brad agreed to sign it. Then Brad just decided to say, “I’ll sign it on Monday” I don’t KNOW that it didn’t happen that way. But I can pretty damn sure it didn’t because that doesn’t make any sense

I don’t think the board is imploding. I think the consensus is that Brad brownell would be a very disappointing hire if it happened.

I have no clue who we’re going to hire. But the posters that are saying that we shouldn’t hire beard because we don’t need to are jumping the gun. Let’s see who the hire is before we decide we can just skip over beard.

If they end up hiring Brad brownell, then it was risk they should’ve taken

Then just leave me alone brother. I was talking to another poster about how much it sucks when IU misses the tournament and you came at me. Your guys obsession with me is weird.

So he doesn’t have to answer the question. Anyone that’s asked about it will most likely give a vague answer whether they’re interested or not. It’s not bad for them financially if their team is worried that they’re going to leave. We’ll get a few coaches a nice raise throughout this process.
