    If he did storm out and quite, F him. Pay these MEN too much to deal with baby attitudes. They want the money, then prepare for everything that comes along with it. Period. Maybe they should throw an "expectations" class at them before they receive the NIL money so they can know what to expect....

    I beg to differ....Marines use this tactic and it acclimates young people to learn how to adapt....very proven technique....Marines did this kind of **** all the time and while frustrating at the time, makes perfect sense when you hear the science behind it...

    Well, the guy never played if I am remembering correctly.....degree in accounting...its hard to identify with players and other coaches IMO if you have not played at the same level

    Come on....flavor of the month again....some coach nobody was discussing because he should NOT be on the list, beats a top ranked team and all of the sudden hes on the list? Come on....this usually happens during the tournament....Gates is NOT IU bound.

    DITTO....I was warming up to him but he sounds like he would not handle our fishbowl very well at this point....maybe he just had a bad night but I say we avoid.

    What do we think the ceiling is for throwing cash at Dusty? Are we willing to make him the top paid coach in the Big Ten and beyond just to get him? Do we heavily load that contract with conditions like Cignetti for bonuses? I.E. You win the Big Ten you get 2 million bonus, You go to the tournament, you get 1 million bonus, etc?
