    I'm not sure what's going on... but I do remember a couple posters saying stuff like "you won't believe what Dolson had to do to make this happen" .... It's all very strange.     long story short, verbal agreement reached with certain things (higher salary and larger NIL) needing approval by BoT, that was approved via online meetings/docusign apparently and now the contract is in Brad's possession or at least his team of reps

    I have zero knowledge of the situation but in sales....(and Scott is selling this job to Brad)....if he asked Scott for X & Y, Scott would only be doing his job well if that was followed up with "if I can assure X & Y, do we have a deal?" ... I don't know that he goes to BoT for approval for a "maybe I'll think about it" ... just my 2 cents
