Kathy- you just missed the point again. the point is, we don't need a Diebler...we don't need another single win this season after firing Woody (heck, we might not win much more than that WITH him). We can leave the chair empty for all we care, that's the point. Who cares if we have a Diebler as long as we don't have Woodson and are on the path to the future. "I'm not missing the point, but let me demonstrate how I completely missed the point."

Does my alumni status dictate my fan status, thereby granting or restricting my opinion on a team I've cheered for my entire life but could care less to watch a second of this season? Genuinely interested in this.

I don't know who you really are....I'm beginning to really not care, but if you're going to continue say the same thing over and over when others have offered counter points, then come back with a "no one has offered a thoughtful reason". get out of here with that Kathy.

what is the well thought out, results based decision on the benefit(s) of keeping Mike through the end of the season vs. firing immediately? compare and contrast those benefits with the benefits listed for getting rid of him now. be thorough in your response, i'm quite interested in why it's such an awful idea to get the cancer out now vs. let it eat away at the program another few months.....

Boos echoing throughout Assembly Hall is what you're getting for the rest of the season....It's going to be super embarrassing on February 8th when Dusty May is cheered when announced and Mike Woodson is booed. End it now....it's what's best for the long term benefit of the program. Tell me that's not a "reasoned decision based on the results to date".

4 years of results is hardly emotional Kathy, move past the emotional argument. there's science behind the arguments to move on. See Crossbone (i think that's the poster's name) above, see also losses piling up, recruits being lost ... there's no future as is.....all of that leads me to a decision that is based on anything but emotion. So far, you've argued "but we might lose games without Woody" and "i don't' make decisions based on emotions" .... what's your next move?
