Cute lol. I’ve noticed almost all your posts could be summarized with one of the emoji icons but keep giving us that content fella ; )

100% see your point and Loyola Chicago may be more “interesting “ right now as the flavor of the month. But no team in the Missouri Valley is a better gig than Indiana in the Big Ten. They have a very long way to show me they can even sniff what Gonzaga is doing.

Just caught Around the Horn bit on Porter Moser to Indiana. 3 out of 4 panelists (the other didn't say either way) said he shouldn't leave for IU if offered and Loyola was a better job. Plaschke also said IU is no longer a blue blood and no one wants to go there anymore. lol The barrage from national media continues

I would expect Crean to have more accolades. He’s been coaching over twice as long. Also, Archie made a deep run in the tourney without riding the back of one of the NBAs greatest players of all time. He won the A10 his last two years being A10 coach of the year in the final. That Syracuse loss still stings when you have one of the best teams in IU history. How’s Georgia going? I said neither stands out because both are proving to be average coaches at this point. Don’t get me wrong though, what’s went on the past four years here is baffling.
-
It’s hard to compare Crean who’s been a HC for 21 years to Archie who’s been one for 10. That being said one doesn’t stand out from the other.
-
If his agent is worth even half his weight he’d probably say he’s a 42 year old coach who just a few years ago led his team to two Atlantic 10 championships. He’d also say he consistently made the big dance and had an elite eight run. But like you said, who knows.

Crean is making 3.2M at Georgia.

On the flip side, all those road games in the B1G are a lot closer than many of the schools in the Big East not to mention one or two in their backyard. -

I wouldn’t be surprised to see a handful of combinations. IU staff has mentioned Hunter pIaying some two. I think Romeo could play some point too at times. Has potential to be a really fun season. -

Thanks. You are correct. I went back and looked it up. It didn’t come until later in July after some dominos were already falling. Then again, he was also a late bloomer to the big stage. A big thanks to old fart as well. -

Isn’t it refteshing to have a staff working with focus and purpose? Henry was waiting for that IU offer, but it never came. I could see Franklin being in the same boat. Edit: Henry DID get an offer on 7/16/17. -
Please on a PM and thanks

That’s some massive news. Just look how smart Romeo looks now. Destiny might have needed a little nudge. Absolutely beautiful. -

One reason for the boost in stats is he is the #1 offensive option whereas on all past teams he was not. He’s also gotten serious about offseason workouts changing his body. There is no doubt the identity of the team leader. I would look for those numbers to continue. Ok I’m done now. Let’s hope we land Romeo and he can blaze his own path as well.
