I can't watch Houston. Every time I flip back they are settling for outside shots without trying to get any penetration. If they could shoot it wouldn't annoy me so much. -

Your mind is protecting you, It's had about as much disappointment and frustration as it can handle. -
I think its a combination of increased physicality and mentality. You have a lot more high-level athletes playing against each other where in high school your dominant players are often met with less resistance. On top of that high major basketball is just a different beast when it comes to competitiveness.

It seems like a guy who is doing the work that will get him where he wants to be. If he has a lot of fish on the line he's that much more attractive to people who are willing to bump his pay, including the BoT of his current employer. -

Woodson watching Texas Tech shoot 2-11 from 3 and feeling much more connected to that brand of basketball.

Right, my brain just doesn't work that way and I've always felt those ratings can be deceiving. 81 points per game makes my skin crawl lol. Obviously, slow the game down, slow the scoring opportunities down. But Alabama will never slow down.

I still have trouble grasping that defensive rating when I see it. I feel like every time I've watched Alabama play they were never impressing anyone with their defense/points allowed.
