    I liken it to the Bears before they hired Ben Johnson. We all knew that Ben Johnson was going to be the head coach. Still, they interviewed everyone under the sun until the announcement was official. The same thing could be happening here.

    I agree with you here. We shouldn’t be aiming for just “better than Woodson” with this hire. IU needs to hire an elite coach.

    I don’t trust Goodman one bit. However, IF he’s correct on this matter, this search is a massive failure.

    I think this could be a big factor. He finished the job in the NBA and won an NBA Finals championship. Maybe he wants to finish the job in NCAA and win an NCAA national championship.
