Saw a Syrcause source earlier say that they heard Bryant is leaning hard towards IU, and Cuse's chances are diminishing by the day. We need to land him.

Guys, Bob Kravitz said the other day he talked to Glass & Crean after the season ended and both said he is staying and there is no chance he leaves. Said he and his family love Bloomington and they want to stay. Kravitz said if he leaves, he lied to multiple inside sources (including Kravitz)... Also, it's looking more and more likely we will land Bryant. Word is he's leaning hard toward IU, and Syracuse's chances are diminishing by the day.

Yogi is not leaving. Neither is Troy. If Yogi leaves, it'll be for the NBA. His mom probably wouldn't even let him leave IU. Moms overrule all. Also, I highly doubt Crean won't be the coach next year. While I would like to have Donovan or Stevens... What happens if we don't get either of them? What if we have to settle for someone we've never even heard of. Best thing for us would be to beat Wichita State and Kansas (somehow, it's possible), land Thomas Bryant, and keep Crean for now. I think we do all kind of expect too much. Tom Crean is no Bobby Knight, people (obviously). If we land Bryant, and Yogi is still here next year, we'll be in good shape.

I wasn't calling everyone who wants him gone Crean haters. But the ones who went to the Pacers game the other night when they played the Celtics and held up "Stevens=Banner 6" signs, are Crean haters lol.

I just heard from someone who knows and speaks to Jeff Rabjohns that Crean to Alabama is not happening. We are possibly in front in the running for Thomas Bryant. Rumors of Crean to Bama only sparked because of Nick Saban mentioning that they should hire Crean. Crean acknowledging fans and Don Fischer was just him thanking the fans who still support him, and was a genuine gesture. Calm down, Crean haters. He'll be back ;)

I don't think Crean is going anywhere. If we somehow make it past WSU and Kansas, a) could get Thomas Bryant, b) that would make Yogi definitely stay, which I think he will anyway c) No one in their right mind would leave IU bball for Alabama. N one. Crean might be a dumb coach at times but he's an intelligent man.
