I think you have to have the horses but if the coach is a horses @$$ it's a waste of talent. Calapari is and has always been a horrible in game coach but has always had better talent than most anyone else. Crean with better recruits. If McCollum can recruit watch out.

The problem with that is what happens to the fan base with the next hire. After he walks on water no mortal man will be able to duplicate his accomplishments.
