  1. The excruciating waiting time between hiring a coach and his team's first official tipoff is tough on anyone who gives a rip about the IU program. And for a guy who lives in Michigan and reads only about UofM and MSU in local media... it makes me think my school needs to pump up the PR - certainly outside of B-Town - so that Hoosier fans have something to talk, even brag about. True, news about outstanding recruits is sketchy right now; still, I'd like the Miller doubters to work at positive. Bet your big money on the season after the one coming up, but cross your fingers that coach just might orchestrate a little magic by early '18. Hey, it could happen.

    Troy Williams Decision

But maybe, just maybe and for the right reasons, with our applause, he not gone. It could happen.
  3. If Troy returns - oh my - can we draft him back? C'mon, Troy!

    IF Yogi were to leave

Yogi has given so much of himself to our Hoosiers, we owe him the respect of accepting whatever decision he makes.  At the same time, there are countless fingers being crossed, hoping that he stays.  It's possible another Yogi led team could at least make the Final Four.  So are the vast majority of us alumni pulling for Yogi's return?  Absolutely.
  5. Believe 2015-16 could be BIG for the boys if they all stay with the program.  We'll now see what "team" really means to this group of scrappers, and I hope/plead that we aren't disappointed.  Go IU!

    IU vs Maryland MVP

How about, just this one time, we give MVP kudos to the whole team?!  They all contributed, seemed to work well "together" all night, and I suspect they'd appreciate all members being able to take a huge bow for this one.  Thoughts?

    IU SMU write up

Scary, the phase "killing Indiana on the boards and in the paint" and having us win the game on hard-fought turnovers and 3s.  Well, whatever.  Ours apparently is a "make do" bunch with obvious desire a-plenty.  Well done, boys!
  9. Y'gotta admit, an IU win here WOULD BE be a great win.  Heads would turn.  Hoosiers maybe even start climbing the charts.

IU vs MSU Post Game Thread

I keep hearing Coleman has no chance for the Heisman if only because he plays for IU.  No wonder IUFB recruiting is so difficult, year after year after year.
  11. Well... Purdue, of all teams, did pretty well against MSU last week.  Hopefully, Hoosiers can do equally as well.

    Hey Hoosier fans...

Did some checking.  Game's on quite a few cable TV stations in Michigan.  Usually up here, you're lucky to find IU football on even the high-numbered channels.  Feels like the IU word's gettin' out, or something.

IU opens as 3 pt faves against MD

Don't forget the '67 Hoosiers (Gonso, Isenbarger, Butcher, Cole, etc)... hardly anyone thought them capable until about games 3 or 4.  Then campus (and the state fans) caught fire and the stands were crammed full on game day.  Could happen again..

IU @ Mizzou Post Game Thread

Gotta chuckle at the TV commentators opening the broadcast; couldn't say enough about MO and, oh yes, them Hoosiers are here, too (sigh).  Then at the end, the word "shocked" and/or "stunned" was blurted out at least a half-dozen times.  What a thrill - Hoosiers weren't to be denied!

Your Pick For Emcee For Hoosier Hysteria

Coach Knight would be fabulous.  His IU legacy would fly further into the stratosphere.  But sady, ain't gonna happen.

Hoosiers get a break.  Juwan's headed for Bloomington, per his high school news conference just now.

    Twitter Fun/finds and more....

Jerry Meyer Dir. of Basketball Scouting - 247Sports           Indiana Leading In Crystal Ball For Juwan Morgan 5 minutes ago Four-star power forward Juwan Morgan announces his college decision tonight, and the Hoosiers are a heavy favorite over Vanderbilt in his Crystal Ball. Morgan, 6-9, 220-pounds out of Waynesville (Mo.) Senior High School, visited Vanderbilt and then Indiana on consecutive weekends. Vanderbilt was thought to have gained the edge, but speculation grew after the Indiana visit that the Hoosiers had regained the lead. Skilled and full of upside, Morgan is ranked No. 63 by 247Sports and No. 87 in the 247Sports Composite.

    Tom Crean ...where is he?

Not much 2014 scholly room left to operate with... so, really, what happens if monster recruit looks our way?  Are one of our residents in jeopardy?
