I don't understand why everyone is so hard on Rabjohns on this board. His job is not easy...it's like predicting the future. Without him pounding the pavement, half of our intel doesn't exist. Are any of us in touch with TLangford? Nope. But we criticize him for not being 100% accurate on how things unfold? He reports what he hears, and doesn't report on rumors. It's not like he's Justin Albers, out there throwing rumors into the wind. Just because he helps run Peegs doesn't mean he's not doing a good job. Also, he was completely set up on the Garland deal by DG and the father, which is BS. He reported what they told him, not what he speculated. Give the guy a little credit...

Keep in mind the twitter game Garland played, liking, retweeting, and trolling all things IU. It was shocked at how intentional he was until the day before he committed. Remarkably childish. I'm not saying Romeo is that way, but DG definitely did it, with intent.

Some of you may have read this on one of the paid boards, but I heard it first hand a few weeks back. One of my relatives is an eye doctor and a well connected IU Alum. He is good buddies with Laskowski. Anyway, according to Las (and to one of the paid sites separately), Romeo's girl transferred to IU from Cincinnati at semester. I found this interesting; could be something, could not be something, but I've read and heard it from some credible folks. Welcome to speculation city.

All the Vandy Truthers crack me up. No one acknowledges mid-week visits to IU by himself just to watch Archie coach. I'm sure since he's "coming to vandy to be with Garland", he did that because he wanted to stick it to IU. Right? This Vandy heavyweight speculation has to stop. He's on IU as much, if not more, than Vandy. Everything else is a bunch of people who want to be in the spotlight by throwing crazy rumors into the air. I heard from a neighbor who knows Romeo's old neighbor (well, sort of) that Romeo is considering going to college in Canada and will snub IU publicly in the process. Just ask DM.

They're busy working with Izzo and company figuring out how to make sure he keeps his job.

Do you think DG is doing all this "like" stuff on Instagram just to mess with IU fans, or does he also support/like other colleges/universities? That, to me, is an odd thing to do if you're keeping a big secret. Hate to play the social media game, but why even do it if there's no intent? You're certainly not going to be an IU fan if you go to Vandy. So if your decision is made....

Anyone picking Vandy or IU right now is a guess. There's no way tons of people are in the know and casting votes yet all IU fans and insiders can't figure out what's going on. This is all a result of the Duke guys changing their votes last week, plain and simple. Garlands know, no one else. And if anyone else does, they're not sharing.

How about CAMs post game presser? I love the man. I love his message and approach. No excuses. Apologized to the fans. Didn't blame any players. He's real, polished and has a certain "grit" about him. He did, however, forget to mention our deflection count.

I have been trying to remove speculation and ridiculous "voters" who are clearly not in the know. There are three people in the know. DG, mom, and dad. That's it, and there really aren't many hints as to where he's going. We know Dad loves the thought of IU, mom teared up at HH and DG verbalized how great it was while taking his pic with RL. He's announcing in his home gym, which is what most recruits do. So what...it's near Vandy. It could just as easily be near Indiana, Tennessee or any other school. He also said he has known, coincidentally, roughly since HH...which he loved. Also, albeit minor, he does continue to "like" IU stuff on Instagram. Since he lives near Vandy and they have visited him regularly, people think IU is out/has lost ground? Vandy has been on him for years, not just the last 2 weeks. However, DGs attention from CAM is nothing short of daily (here I am speculating!). I don't really care what Shittu is doing, and I assume mom and dad are telling DG the same. Also, as grounded as this family is, can you really hear mom and dad saying "Please stay close to home. Please stay close to home."? No way. Also - Meyer never changed his vote as he's not a speculate sort of person. Back to my first sentence..can you imagine a world with no "crystal ball" and only facts? One where the recruit and his family aren't talking? Sorry to be so anti-drama, but we still have a horse in this race.

I agree...this could easily be taken as a sign for IU. Just think what this board would be saying if he scheduled this at the start of a big Vandy game. OMG, Vandy all the way. The location is logical no matter where he goes. Plus all this Rabjohns stuff. Refill your glasses and pray for Bloomington bound.

Good lord - just this morning we said it was IU because he made his mind up 2 weeks ago. Let's let this kid make his own decision. IU is not out of this race.

Peegs has a pretty big base. They're seasoned; they were first in. Alex Bozich started a good thing at insidethehall, but Justin Albers gave them a big black eye and they lost a lot of members with his immature and premature guessing games. I like btownbanners a lot and used to be members of both of the paid premium forums. Yes, the content on here is nearly identical and it's free, but it's unfair to take jabs at Peegs for what they do. Rabjohns is awesome - very kind, appears to be a very good person, loves IU and is accurate almost all the time. Also, if you look at all these posts...many are going to Peegs to hear what MP and JR are saying, then relaying it on this board. There's nothing to dislike about those guys IMHO. Oh yeah, and let's get us some Garland! :)
