I wasn't sure if you knew that John Hancock was an aristocrat that literally fought tooth and nail against the resistance in Boston, all the way up until the point where the British took his wealth and home... and he was "forced" to chose to side with the Colonists...and then he decided that Liberty was an important issue...   I'm not looking to get into history lesson tonight...I just found it humorous of not only what you posted, but that the two thoughts were put together...I can presume that is exactly what he thought, going into the revolution!
