    Why would he stay another year and risk injury? His stock won't go anywhere but down by staying here. For basketball, I agree with your overall viewpoint, but football is completely different. I couldn't be happier for Tev. Great guy that worked unbelievably hard to achieve his dream. Hope he has a great career and I think we can safely say he will be a big ambassador for IU football for years to come.

    I don't see where you're coming from with Russell really. 27 and 14 against a good Iowa team today. 21 4 and 6 against Michigan. Was off against us and still went for 13 and 8. 27 against Minnesota. That's just his last 4 games. All against at least average teams. If I was starting a team today, I'd take Russell. Trimble is just on the better team playing more efficiently.

    Yeah I honestly can't name a relevant freshman outside of those 3. Trimble and Russell will be back and forth all season. Both have absolutely blown me away. Jimmy is a DISTANT third at this point. And he's still a pretty damn good freshy too.

    I've always had a soft spot in my heart for Minnesota. Almost like my 2nd B1G team. Don't ask me why, but I've always liked them and I think their arena is awesome. Looks like I'm pulling for them here. p.s. **** Trevor Mbakwe and that white kid that hit the crazy HS buzzer beater and the buzzer beater against us in the B1G tourney. They can go jump off a cliff.
