Being proficient enough that the threat is there now, should truly help the offense. We don’t have to hoist 30 of them to be effective, we just need to hit on about 3 per half to keep things open underneath. I don’t feel like they run anything where a perimeter shot is the desired result. Most of them seem to come in transition or as a result of an over help from penetration. Even after reading the latest numbers, I’d still warn to keep attempts under 15/game. Too many air-balls and backboard smashers.
