I've been to 6 games here this year and as many last year. If it gets loud, it hasn't been when Ive been there. I joke with friends a lot that I can hear myself yelling on TV. Then it really happened. At a game vs. Minny last season, 2nd half in a 4 point game, I screamed "Get loud Badgers!". I heard it plain as day on DVR. It remains on there today. Our struggles against them I won't deny of course, but they are not unbeatable at home. TB would need to find it and find it in a big way. It can happen.

Why not? Two pretty evenly matched teams. Kohl center does not have near the crowd noise that the hall has. In fact, its pin-drop quiet. If IU takes care of the ball early and defends the perimeter...why not?

I think something may have happened that we didn't see. Green made a play that was borderline unsportsmanlike at best and TC's reaction was shockingly unexpected. I'd say down right, slack-jawed, surprise is what I was feeling....tell me that's not true for most of you. I think something happened with Green at the half and that play was the kicker. Could explain his minutes. As far as losing the team, I'd say no. I see them steadily improving in nearly all of the problem areas. I know many are calling for Bryant to sit but tonight I think you saw a coach trying to get his big gun to start firing right again. I wouldn't say I see it as a turning point but, I'd say it's encouraging and something to build off of. We played well defensively, holding Rutgers to .77 ppp which is slightly below average for them in conference games. We won comfortably without the 3 falling, proving we have other options. We forced turnovers, another thing we had not been doing. Took care of the ball offensively. Simply, we won a game we were supposed to win...comfortably. That's the same thing we did last year. We won the games we were supposed to while the other contenders did not. It's a comfortable win in the B1G. I guess I'm not going to get caught up wondering if we should have won by 25 instead of 20. Yeah, ok man. Look I'm just taking up for one of my guys. Sure, there are other bad matchups for him but like I said Dodd is a no-win. Was that a refrigerator dolly I saw Dodd carrying around? He kept standing him up on it, strapping him down, and wheeling his ass out to about 20 feet. Easy peasy. I'd seen Tom get moved before but damn, Dodd should charge S&H. WORST POSSIBLE MATCHUP.

In his defense, Happ, unlike Tom, actually is an All-American. They are not on the same planet talent wise and I told you that before the season started. You guys see him 2 times yearly, I see him 30. He does it to everyone. Louisville has a whole team of guys just like Dodd. Tom is not making strong moves because he's not strong. He's getting muscled and now the B1G knows it. He should have entered the draft. I feel bad that he didn't.

Hate it for the guys because I know the expectations were astronomical but man, if you can't be better than that, knowing every game could break your season, I don't know if you really want it.
