when you watch a player brick two free throws in a row and the other team rebounds the second brick and fast breaks resulting in a foul by that same player (Stan Robinson) and the other team NAILS BOTH free throws. BLAH !! -

What are expectations for this program?
Malconater replied to Banksyrules's topic in Indiana Men's Basketball
I can remember when it was a good thing to go to the free throw line,....but now it is like ..."oh no now we have to shoot free throws"....... -

Lebron does not have much class, he is just a very large and athletic man, which makes his play look ugly and he is not fun to watch. All he has ever done is play basketball and work out, if he would of had to go to college for a year, it would have been UK. Miami has James, Wade Bosh, Battiae, and oh yes,......they also need the best 3 point shooter in NBA history too in Ray Allen,.................a bunch of sellouts. As you can see I think Lebron is a very good basketball player, and that is all he is. Jordan was mush more fun to watch.

OT: UNC academic scandal continues...
Malconater replied to ccgeneral's topic in Indiana Men's Basketball
I am shocked that this has not happened to UK yet. -
Players transfer every year, it is not just IU. I remember when a player would transfer out of IU when B.K. was the coach, the media would tear him up and make it all his fault like he was an evil dictator. Jason Collier comes to mind, and Luke Wrecker.
-
oh yea, I forgot about that
-
Lyles going to the NBA farm team, makes me nauseous, don't really care for the one and done players anyway though. I was afraid Alford would get good Indiana kids too, what kid would not want to go to California and play for legendary Steve Alford. dang it !

The Great S%&* Storm of 2014
Malconater replied to FortWayneHoosier's topic in Indiana Men's Basketball
I hope no one is next and I wish AE would reconsider. We sure could have used Luke Fischer when Vonley went down and we could sure use him now. You just never know what will happen throughout the season. -
Hollowell & Etherington transferring..
Malconater replied to ccgeneral's topic in Indiana Men's Basketball
I hope CTC offers him more playing time, I have always thought he deserved it. PLEASE stay Austin. -
IU will be a top 10 team next year
Malconater replied to Adillac's topic in Indiana Men's Basketball
Great post, but I don't understand why most IU fans leave out the fact that Austin Etherington is an intelligent student, and a very good basketball player. He is on this team too and will make some big plays as well. -
2011-12, 2012-13 all we have? Can it ever happen again?
Malconater replied to SWEETLEMONbrown's topic in Indiana Men's Basketball
Players need to stay at IU in order for CTC to be able to develope them, Cody should have stayed and Remmy Able should have stayed and Moe Creek should have stayed. -
Yes, you make a good point, but you can not learn and gain confidence with out getting playing time, and if playing "team" ball is his biggest mistake, then he has much potential.

Malconater replied to HoosierReb01's topic in Indiana Men's Basketball
