  1. Pretty sure I got it... New concept for me. But I may shoot you a message... Thanks!
  2. Have more left? Never been in a pool like this and after 1st read thru of the rules I don't fully understand but I'll read through again. Wouldn't mind getting a few squares and trying this out.
  3. What rumor? Care to share?
  4. Georgia Tech is giving away tickets to pack the arena tomorrow night. How'd we miss that opportunity for fans? I know a lot of Indiana kids who can't afford to go to a game. This would've been a great opportunity.
  5. I think the silence speaks volumes. I hope you're right. I've thought he could be waiting for Crean to land another job first?
  6. Accepting mediocrity isn't the same as rooting for these guys to win. If I were ok with mediocrity as you suggest, I'd be giving high fives for a "good effort" after a loss. That's ridiculous and doesn't describe me at all. But not cheering for them seems as bad if not WORSE than accepting mediocrity. And I see a lot of people here cheering for the other team ... Including PURDUE!! (are you freaking kidding me?) ... Because that loss might get Crean fired. We need to accept that nothing we do will result in his firing ... Unless you're a big time donor, sadly you don't have a voice. He'll go eventually... Until then, don't cheer AGAINST IU, and don't accept mediocrity... Cheer for the W's. If your health can't take it as someone mentioned, that's one thing. But if you're just annoyed we're not winning, I'm serious, don't bother cheering when we are winning. That's annoying.
  7. This is the definition of a fair weather fan. I'll support them when it's acceptable. But when I deem it unacceptable, I'll ignore them or as some here have stated, they'll find another team to watch (Butler for instance).
  8. Until that coach loses then you'll turn them off again? I'm not a Crean fan. But I'm a Hoosiers fan and I don't see how an IU fan can just not watch or support them because they disagree with the powers that be.
  9. Well, for anyone who shares this opinion, that's fine but in my opinion, you might rethink tuning back in if/when we're competing for titles. As a fan, you suffer through the tough times to celebrate the good times. Even if you don't support the current AD or coach, you root for the Hoosiers ... And if you're not able to, then keep the TV off when we're at the top again (with or without a new coach)
  10. This isn't a popular stance here, especially on this board... But I've been watching the Hoosiers for 30 years and will continue to watch and cheer on this team regardless of the coach. Do I want a new coach? Absolutely. Can I do anything to make that happen? Face it, unless you're a big time booster, none of us have any control. Accept the team and coaching staff we're given and cheer them on or allow yourself to be miserable. Completely your choice. But I'm cheering for success.... In the NIT and next season.
  11. Would think it would be Judson or Buckley before Martin...
  12. If I had to bet money, I'd say he's landing right here in Bloomington....
  13. Interesting....
  14. This is what makes someone like Holtman a better choice
  15. Is Bill Walton drunk?
  16. Pretty sure that was LOADED with sarcasm.... Is it getting too late for everyone? Or are we drinking a little too much tonight? Haha
  17. Think of the logic behind an Alford hire... WHO was the last star to lead the Hoosiers to a national title? Hmmmm Sounds like a slam dunk hire to me!
  18. I forgot he mentioned him by name... Interesting...
  19. Janitor mentioned "further West" ... Not a direct mention of #12 but could be...
  20. I know this will get some of you "excited"
  21. I like Brey.... But he's pushing 60....
  22. With all of these ADs coming out with their "votes of confidence", I still say Fred Glass' silence tells us everything we need to know. After the game would have been the perfect time to release a statement.
