The fact that Indiana is on the verge of a 3rd NCAA tournament in the last 4 years and Dolson is STILL going to make a change at HC tells me all I need to know in trusting that his expectations align with the majority of the fan base. That alone makes me confident he will make a big splash hire. Just making the tournament isn't good enough.

Maybe I am the only one on this hill but Nate Oats is not as high on my list as probably others. His teams are pretty shotty on the defensive end more often than not. KenPom D 114 in 19-20 3 in 20-21 92 in 21-22 3 in 22-23 111 in 23-24 47 this year.
