Carroll’s Aidan Smith and Luers Noah Wezensky are leading the way in the class of 2016 in Indiana. Wezensky possesses the skill set and mechanics to land several big time offers. Wezensky earned an offer from Akron his freshman year. Aidan Smith is as smooth as they come. A fluid passer and enough zip to beat defenders closing on the ball. Smith, a varsity starter last year is making a name for him self this Spring at camps and could have plenty of offers heading into his junior season.   None may be better than Brownsburg’s signal caller in Hunter Johnson. Johnson stepped in as the starter for the 6A program as a freshman. Leading to solid numbers in a heavy run oriented offense. This offseason, Johnson continues to hone his skills and make physical gains in the weight room, standing 6’2 and weighing 185 pounds. He has a live arm and knows when to add touch. He’s capable of extending plays and moving the pocket with his legs as he possesses 4.6 speed. The 2017 prospect has the potential to be the biggest quarterback prospect since Gunner Kiel.
