Him following him to Texas is the literal reason I brought up the do not contact tag. It is possible he does. But if he looks otherwise first expect IU to take a look

Obviously with Sean miller going to Texas I would imagine IU would take a look at him unless conwell entered the portal with a no contact tag

You are well within your right to push back but just because the search firm has him on a list doesn't mean he was choice number one. on march 6th DeVries didnt think he was getting the job, wonder why that was. You have backups. You assuming brad's character from what you see in public doesn't change the fact that on Sunday night brad told scott he wouldn't in fact be taking the job Its what happened. :)

Im sure he was vetted by the search firm or iu at some point, and you always have backups in case what happened happens. We all heard McCollum was in there but no i did not hear about DeVries until he started negotiating with Iowa, another reason i thought that was an agent ploy, which tbh i think it was but Iowa wouldn't budge.

Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, that is literally the point of this board, but i would encourage some research on his playstyle and career history. I think he will grow on you:)
