Your right about one thing. IU is no where close to the same job it was 20 years ago. It's way more desirable in the NIL era. The new coach does not have to worry about recruiting, rebuilding, ect. They can come in, hit the transfer portal, and win right away, ie Kentucky and Louisville this year. There are multiple things about the Celtics job that is not cake. I suggest you research the 2nd apron of the salary cap, and what that means for the Celtics. Also with the majority stakes of the team up for sale, Stevens doesn't even know who his boss will be. I am not saying it IS going to happen, but the chances are alot better than zero.

No one is justifying DV, but there is more to the story than just the police report. There are alot of things missing from that report. Long and short of it, is no one really knows what happened that night. Charges were dropped, because the evidence to support wasn't there, and then she recanted. Later apoogized at the presser to Ole Miss. and stated that everything Beard did, was in self defense. So do we believe her statement to police over that statement later..............that is the issue.

Yes there has been some involvement with Indy Executive on a few of those. Was wondering why there but forgot about the Zionsville component.

I was asked to provide more details about the planes and what I know, so I figured I would post it here. I somehow have found about 5 different planes that IU has used, is using, may use, ect. Now I have conflicting details on which plane belongs to who, but have sorted out the mainly it is Ned Pfau and Fuzzy that either own or lease a plane, that IU has been using. Appears they are tight with a guy that owns or operates the Clark Regional airport, so they have access to alot of different planes from there. There have been various flights back and forth between Boca Raton (Ned's Place in FL) to either Clark Regional (Ned's place here) and then to Bloomington. We had tracked 1 of these planes going down to pick up Cignetti shortly after he was hired. So, where it got interesting is shortly after Christmas 1-3 of these planes had activity to Boston plus other surrounding areas. I was going to try and copy all of this flight data into excel to see if I can make sense of any of it. I am sure there are connections between some of these, but I am not sure it is worth my time. I think everyone knows that Dolson is in contact with Stevens, I think the process of negotiating or offering is taking place. Only thing I can prove is yes, we have had planes, involved with IU, making several trips to Florida, Boston, and Jeffersonville. I think a lot of this is expected behavior with ultra wealthy people, but I don't think they are going to Boston to play golf in the winter. PS. NBA Trade Deadline is Feb 6th

Yea that is what we had come up with also, which with the first plane I posted, made up a story that Ned picked up Fuzzy, was coming to pick up Scott, to meet Brad at Indy executive. I kind of meant it as a joke, but it didn't come off that way. It's all good, just wanted to clarify.

In my defense @Chris007, someone on trillyverse figured out that they used Ned's plane for Cig. I looked back and saw a few interesting visits to the east coast, but didn't want to post that on Peegs, just in case they caught wind and decided to not use it anymore. I was being coy, but thought I dropped enough hints that people would figure it out. If there have already been meetings, it is all a moot point anyway.
