Looks like courtside and bleacher seats are already sold out. I think this is an awesome idea and definitely would have paid 100 bucks to sit courtside at Assembly Hall for anything really, but especially for a performance type event where players will be interacting and having a good time with the fans. Win-win for fans and the players. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

How does everyone feel about a few alternate jerseys? Usually pretty polarizing because people love the tradition (won’t get into names on the back), but I like the idea of seeing a few games per year in something different. The new white jersey Justin Taylor is wearing in his photo shoot look awesome in my opinion! It may be a small factor, but I think kids probably get excited about new/different unis. The “City” edition NBA jerseys have produced some really awesome looks. I think I’ve seen some IU concept art on Twitter for some alternates as well. Thoughts? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

This is from the same guy, but I think it might be my favorite and the most “out there” people would be okay with! Follows the City edition NBA trend with the limestone and Sample Gates Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

To those of you that have purchased jerseys in the past, is there a player whose jersey you’d specifically want? Not myself, but I can imagine someone wanting an Oladipo jersey or a Yogi jersey rather than just the number. I think with the NIL players would get a share of jersey sales but doubt they could if the name isn’t attached. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Share some of the highlights? Or lowlights? Lol need a good start to my weekend to crack the first beer on. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Definitely work on the handle. I definitely think there’s an opportunity for him to take a big jump in production. Against Maryland and a few others, I believe, he guarded really well in short spurts. If he can catch and shoot/1 dribble off close out and play solid D, seems like a good fit for Woody’s system! Why don’t we ever consider Leal when we talk about shooting guards that can hit the three? Is it just because he’s probably still a year or two off? I know he was only 31% last year but a lot of that probably relates to the general offensive struggle under Archie and limited run. He’s 6’5 210 and has the body to put on much more, showed he can knock them down all through HS and the few games he played significant minutes. Is it just that he projects out to Jr/Sr production and isn’t talented enough to be that option on a good team yet? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

How fun would it be if Keion did come home and we trot out Khristian, Rob, Galloway, KBJ, and Trayce and just slap the S**t out of Purdue home and away next year. Plz make it real. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Yeah man, but if you look at Juzangs stats UCLA shouldn’t have even taken him on as a transfer, only 3pts a game on a bad Kentucky team. What a bust /s Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I thought the sarcasm was obvious. Just saying if we’re turning down talents like hypothetical Keion Brooks returning then people will have something to say about pretty much anyone coming through the door. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Imagine thinking Khristian Lander and Keion Brooks aren’t great talents... sheesh I hope Lebron enters the transfer portal or we’re gonna have some disappointment on the board. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

This. This. This. No one on that entire Kentucky team looked good. Boston, maybe. But you’d also be crazy to say that none of them are any good because their stats don’t lie. Sometimes teams fall apart despite talent. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

He defends well and is long as hell, can switch 4 positions on D. Attacks the glass. He’s kinda the prototypical NBA body. I trust Coach Woodson could make good use of those things. Who knows if this even has any legs but I think it’s crazy to not want a guy as raw as this to come home and play with his HS buddies in a transition year. I think he’s a guy that just needs a change of scenery. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

TJD and Armaan I believe drove up to his commitment just to support him even though he was picking UK. Not sure it’s related to his quote but they are definitely friends Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Just saw a tweet from an SEC insider account with 13.5k followers that says Keion Brooks to the portal and then to Indiana... I’m not getting Brad Stevens’d again but that would be ok with me Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I believe he meant that he doesn’t want us to be reliant on transfers to fill out a roster. Getting a few plus transfers in addition to a solid roster and not playing them would be silly Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Mike Woodson and His Coaching Staff

Are there any examples of career assistants that are “elite” in what they do and never decide to take a HC job? I want to get the best of the best, but how quickly do these guys typically move on once they’re recognized as the best in that field? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -
In all seriousness, if P Stewart is excellent and we don’t lose production that’s great. I’ll still be disappointed just because Armaan seems to have the trajectory for something special as a junior/senior and I selfishly want that to be at IU. After his Bankers Life performance as a freshman I feel attached! Lol Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I hope I’m wrong, and I think ideally we want someone who would welcome competition, but I get the feeling that after last year Lander and family will want the keys to the backcourt to himself. I know he’s close to Leal and Galloway but I’m sure this isn’t how they envisioned year 1 going. After not getting a lot of room to grow last year I think they may look at this free COVID year as a chance to start a fresh somewhere he will have free reign. Idk, I just don’t have the warm fuzzies about him or Armaan coming back which would suck. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Clif has been a big mention in almost every recruits post-visit comments so I think we’d like to keep him on staff if possible. I also believe he’s a close confidant for a lot of our guys. Super wholesome if you follow him on any social media. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -
Haven’t followed him since he’s been at Memphis but if Lester Quinones hit the portal that might be interesting Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Mike Woodson to be next IUBB coach. Thad Matta to be associate AD

Also Parker is someone who not only can shoot the three, but create his own shot from three which it sounds like is going to be a big focus in the offense moving forward. I think he’ll be around next fall. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -
Candidate Thread: Brad Stevens (Boston Celtics)

This is like when you know Santa probably isn’t real, and that mean kid at school told you it’s just your parents, but you still want to stay up late just to double check that the magic might still be alive. Brad is Santa. I am a child. It doesn’t matter how many times someone tells me he’s not coming down the chimney if I want to believe just one more year. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
