    I want Stevens as bad as the next guy, but logically, this doesn’t add up. Hope I’m wrong... I really hope I’m wrong, but this sounds like some Indiana version of Qanon - gibberish.

    The thing is... the Celtics won’t want a coach that isn’t fully committed, and I wouldn’t blame them, so #2 doesn’t seem very likely to me. He’s either in or out, and I can’t imagine this thing lasting longer than 10 days or more.

    This won’t drag on that long, because he’s either going to come here, or he won’t. It isn’t fair to either the Celtics or the IU program for that to take place. If his heart isn’t in Boston anymore, he’ll leave soon. Only way this can happen.
