2024 PG Daquan Davis to Florida State
go iu bb replied to Gnet550's topic in Indiana Basketball Recruiting Forum
He was also the shooter in that video in which he got blocked and the guy who blocked him caught the ball then threw it to DD while he lay on the ground out of bounds. Funny stuff. -
Not even close. The ball is 2' away from his hands already with 0.2 seconds left. How could they overturn that and even pretend to be unbiased?

"I seen." Nope. You saw or you have seen.

Best time of the year to be here. Freezing most other places but in the 60s in AZ. The winters make the summers worth it.

Fire Dusty May!

I'm assuming it's this:

The percentage of false accusations is very low so the chances of you knowing several are very, very low. Of course, you also seem to think that Beard was falsely accused so it makes sense that you'd believe those guys you know where too. Regardless, Beard will not replace Woodson as IU's coach. He will never be IU's coach. I'm done with this conversation.

It looks like some Santas are cranky after not getting enough sleep last night.
-
IU hasn't had B1G talent in a long time and that has been part of the problem. The bigger problem under Allen was not developing that talent and a lack of discipline. Even with IU's mid-major talent level last season, better coaching could've gotten to a bowl game.

Worse than phone books?

So Matta was hired right after Woodson into a non-coaching position. He now coaches at Butler. Yet you say Dolson went after him but got turned down. So for you to be right Matta would've said no to the head coaching job to change his mind shortly after for an admin job. Was he just biding his time until the Butler position opened up again? Since that doesn't really make any sense, I'm going to go out on a limb and say you're wrong about Matta. If you're wrong about him, you're probably also wrong about Holtmann. I would also add that after his time at OSU, I doubt IU would pursue him. He's an okay coach, that's it.
-
No, we don't. Even if he was hired as a short term coach, they wouldn't say that publicly. It would hurt his ability to recruit. Your belief that he was just hired as a short term coach that was just here long enough to build up a good roster then hand it over to someone else to win with is probably just wishful thinking.

You're right. Basketball was originally meant to be played was without any dribbling at all.

Please tell us more.

Abuse is rarely a one time thing and with how extreme what he did was, there is little reason to think so in this case. That sports are more important that that to you tells me all I need to know. Even before the abuse came out, this fanbase had overrated him. At the P5 level he has a total of 1 season with less than 10 losses. He couldn't sustain the success he found early at his time at A&M. Luckily, I don't have to worry about this as the IU administration won't hire him.
-
That's pretty much where I'm at on May. He may be the real deal but he may not, I'd just like to see another season or two. Certainly don't force Woodson out to hire May in a panic that he might be hired elsewhere. As far as Beard, if he was hired I'd stop watching IU and would actively root against them until he was fired.
-
The point is that it can be done. No way on Beard. So May has had 1 good NCAA run and is so far having a good season but if he didn't have an IU connection would you and a few others still be drooling over him and panicking that another school might hire him first? See above if he is hired somewhere else first.
-
Yep. Kansas hired Self away from Illinois. UNC hired Williams away from Kansas. Kentucky hired Calipari away from Memphis and before him Gillespie from Texas A&M, Tubby Smith from Georgia.
-
JMU just scored a TD but their clock management hasn't been good. Not really surprising since most of the coaching staff, including the OC, left before this game.
-
Jeremy Fears was shot in the leg. Not life threatening but had surgery. That makes me think it was bad enough that he might not play for MSU again this season.
-
Another possibility since he was injured might be a medical discharge.
-
There is something seriously wrong with that formula if a win can drop you 20 spots 1/3 of the way through the season.
-
Sucks for them that Mack is out indefinitely with mono. Too bad for IU, too, since they might lose some games without him that they'd otherwise win.
-
Well, it is IU football. We should probably get that thread started. lol
-
True, but I think his would get old quicker than most. For me, at least.
