  1. I’ll gladly admit when I’m wrong haha.
  2. I really dislike the whole targeting/non-targeting nonsense. Blough was clearly targeted, they called it on the field, and after review they overturned it. And Bosa from OSU was tossed for a significantly less severe hit. No consistency at all.
  3. Ahh thank you for the refresher.
  4. Never been banned from any of these sites. You must be confusing me for someone else.
  5. Yikes. Boarded?
  6. 40 minutes is quick?
  7. It was a lot more difficult going into the year but some of the teams (Louisville, Missouri, Michigan) didn’t prove to be as good as advertised. Whoop us pretty good again? Wasn’t it only a 2 point victory last year? I think the bucket game will be close barring any additional injuries.
  8. Fair point. Would be better than an FIU or Georgia Southern for sure.
  9. In football? How long ago? I don’t renrmber it being a big deal when I was growing up in the 90’s and 2000’s.
  10. I understand your view from a basketball standpoint since UK is obviously a blue blood but not in football. They are sub .500 in football and don’t really have much tradition.
  11. Well said. You and Maryland can have that soccer rivalry since we don’t have a team haha
  12. Agreed. I couldn’t imagine rooting for one team for football and another for basketball.
  13. Agreed. Also not a fan of the ND football/IU basketball folks. I know plenty of ND football fans that don’t care at all about ND basketball.
  14. Fair enough.
  15. Snobs? Care to elaborate if you don’t mind?
  16. A lot less teeth too I’m guessing.
  17. Why don’t you believe it’s UK and Purdue? I feel like IU/Purdue is a rivalry in every sport they play hence the governor’s cup.
  18. I think a lot of that stems from the Eric Gordon saga and I think UI fans are still bitter about it. Don’t think you guys are really rivals. Just was a short-term thing due to Gordon.
  19. Hopefully he can. That’s a real shame.
  20. Assuming he’s torn it in both knees? Couldn’t imagine if it’s 3 ACL’s on the same knee.
  21. You make some very good points (kudos for the research too btw) but I think it has gone both ways. If you look at the game stats against Rutgers, Purdue won in basically every category. That should’ve been a win. Against Nebraska, there was a play when they ruled Nebraska’s player was down and it wasn’t a fumble. Replay was clear that he wasn’t down and it should’ve been Purdue ball. Against Wisconsin, we blocked a punt and the guy that picked it up pulled a muscle and fell over so it could’ve been a TD and we ended up getting no points after a missed FG. I agree we’ve gotten some lucky breaks but I think we’ve had some things go against us too.
  22. I agree with you there. I’m sure that helped play a role in Brohm coming to Purdue. Outside of Wisconsin, Purdue can make some noise in the next few years since they don’t have to deal with OSU/UM/PSU.
  23. Feel bad for Harris. Good kid who has had some bad luck. Would he be able to apply for a medical redshirt or has he played in too many games this season? How much eligibility would he still have left?
