    I think what you aren't factoring in is that we were talking about 6th graders (who suck at communicating).. so when you see how well they can communicate online, you realize they can give you more on the court.

    It's literally essential to communicate to do well in sports. There's honestly no difference.. I could turn my head set off and play COD.. I wouldn't be as good, but I could still play. Wouldn't win as much, exact same thing on the basketball court. In video games, if you play with the other ppl much at all you grow expectations as well... curious do you play online games?

    They really aren't though. Both are incredibly fast paced, both require attention to detail, it's about focus. I play a ton of Call of Duty and communicate well on there.. it's very similar to sports.

    We are hedging or jamming ball screens or at least that's what I want to do.. and if they don't talk to do it, it's pretty much pointless.

    Literally said the same thing two nights ago to my 6th grade travel team. No talking on defense=running, but they don't shut up during Fortnite.
