If you have Bally sports as part of your provider's package then you could see it. I do not and was pretty angry.

Expectations for the 24-25 Season
rcbowla replied to Unexpectedflash's topic in Indiana Men's Basketball
In the case of Ballo you can see how it would make sense. If nothing else Woodson has a rep now of developing/unlocking bigs' potential to get to the next level. I'd say that's the biggest motivator for most players, as it should be honestly. -

From that article it sounds like he'd probably be able raise a decent amount of $ to help his family. On top of his initial NIL amount at IU. Might be a perfect match tbh. -

According to Torvik if Goode were to commit we'd go from 20th to 14th -

I think there's a difference between what should be expected and what is expected. The talent on this roster certainly merits high expectations on its own. However, there are other factors that can and do lower the expectations for some. -
If the Knicks weren't the Knicks this would be an easy group of guys to root for. I'm definitely rooting for them in this series at least.

He actually fits what we're looking for at this point. A guy that is ok with 15 min a game that can shoot 3's effectively. Also a guy that WANTS to be a Hoosier (apparently). -

He was also going against the 2's so I'm not sure it's a fair comparison. I will say I was not overly impressed with Rourke but it's still way too early to be worried. I do like the idea of having a solid backup with some experience. -

What should be: competitive against best on schedule, top 3 B1G, 5 seed or better and 2nd weekend What I think it will be: blowout losses, 6-8 B1G, 10 seed and lose in 1st rd -

A congressman, a special interest donor and myself are in a room. I want my civil liberties protected and the donor wants to kill me. The congressman turns their head while the donor shoots me in the face. As an independent I will never understand why people fight each other over ideologies that were created, in large part, by people that couldn't care less about you or I. Politics have become so tribal that people argue over things to the point where there's disdain for one another when in reality those people probably agree on about 90% of things that actually matter. If we focused on that 90% we would all be much better off because there will never be common ground on the polarizing topics. I miss the days when most people didn't want to share their political views nor care what others' were. This has nothing to do with the topic and sorry for that but I feel better having typed this out lol. -

Yes I'm aware but your 5 getting put backs isn't what I'm referring to. -

Also hope to see them crash the offensive glass. However, I don't think I'll get my wish. -

I'd like #13 to go to Blazi personally. Need a better than 13th to be a backup 4/5. -

Nope it's not happening but I do think that would be the best scenario. I also think he, much like Gallo, could affect the game just as much coming off the bench if not more. -
When has Wisconsin ever been a superior option to the PORTAL?!

I mean Mbagko and Reneau vs Walker and Leal? Yeah of course. That's not really an apples to apples when discussing Galloway vs an incoming Fr or So -

Not sure why so many think this is true. 5th year senior and most trusted player of the HC is most likely starting imo. I could be wrong, for sure, but I don't see a scenario where Galloway is coming off the bench with the current roster projection. -

Could be but I'd wager it's easier to get a talent to stay at a school rather than trying to get one to leave their current school. They way I worded that was stupid. Retention is easier than recruiting. That's the point I was trying to get at lol -
I like Howland but given what the staff wants from the backs I didn't see him sticking around. Pass pro and receiving out of the backfield aren't his strong suits. He likely could've had a role in short yardage situations but he can get a much larger role in a power running scheme.

I don't care who is on the sidelines as long as we win at a high level. Something tells me that likely won't be Woodson but as long as there is talent on the team then it'll be smoother for whoever is next. -

Sign Payne and another capable backup big. Then use the $aving$ to make Conwell an offer he can't walk away from. -

I'm a fan of Payne and actually prefer him over Ballo I think. Kid plays so damn hard all the time. He'd also be a good rim protector that will not need post feeds on offense. I've admittedly not watched a lot of Ballo however. -

I also read that as not wanting distractions. If that's the case then we need more of that in this world imo. Also if that's the reasoning then not really "out there" either. If the motivation is paranoia then yeah it's odd. -

Because 32% and 28% warrant that? I'm not sure what you've seen from those two to suggest shooting MORE perimeter shots is a recipe for success. -

I'm telling you guys, it's a relay race at this point. As soon as one poster drops off here comes the next carrying that baton. I don't think it's coincidence.
