One thing we have going for us is that Archie is doing the recruiting himself and UK is using an assistant.

I think you have to have 3 bad years in a row. One and done doesn't hurt if they leave in good academic standing 2.6 or above after their freshman year.

As I have been saying with our APR situation that Crean left us in, it's just not that easy. But hopefully, this being the 2nd year in a row with a good APR we can get rid of the troublemakers.

I think people are stuck in the old days of Well Bob Knight would just kick them off the team. That can't happen these days.

Playing well as a team? We've lost 11 of 12. We win like we shoot free throws, not very well. I've seen what I have described with my own eyes many times last summer. I can tell you that what is being described from last game is 100% correct. I got it straight from someone involved. The way it was explained to me about the APR was yes he was told to keep all 3 signed recruits because of the APR situation that Crean left us. I'm guessing there are other people on here that know how the APR works better than me. I know for sure that Archie told a former player that some of these guys don't belong here but his hand was forced to keep them. That was last summer.

He wanted to get rid of some of these guys at the end of last summer wasn't able too. Crean left us in a terrible situation with the APR that has forced his hand to handle this delicately.

The problem with that is if he gets mad and quits it hurts our APR. Then you could lose practices or even maybe a postseason ban. So I think you have to ride it out and dismiss this at the end of the season.

I know I have used the word cancers and it might be a little strong but I can tell you they are bringing the team down with their attitudes. They are not good teammates and are definitely all about themselves. They only thing they like about team is the letters M E

I do not but IMO I just don't see him being this level of a player. I know it's too soon and others don't like me saying it but I think he was a bad evaluation on the coaches part.

No you have it exactly right except that Green was told to go sit by those two as soon as he came out and ignored them. That is when Schilling grabbed him and made him do it.

Yeah I don't think he wants to not play them, then people ask why and he has to answer because they are cancers. I think you wait till the end of the season, ask them to move on in private

No, but had a close friend sitting right behind the bench tell me all about it this morning. I did see Green on TV get taken out early after a bad turnover and seemed to be jumping up down high fiving all of his teammates. I asked my friend about it, he said he was mocking the instructions of shaking everyone's hand when you come out. Also said they told him to sit between two coaches and he refused until Schilling grabbed him and put him in that seat.
