My 8th grader thinks he makes coaching decisions.

Don't know how many finalist there are and yes I will tell you if they don't get it.

I said he knows Bloomington. I can testify he knows where Nick's is.

I'm not sure but hopefully soon.

I'm pretty sure everyone will love one of the finalists for the job. He checks a lot of the boxes like previous assistant coaching experience, recruiting experience, knows Bloomington. My one question is will he and his family put in the time to be great in coaching as he did as a player.

Of course, we will have to beat out Crean & Georgia who some say lead for him.

Also if I'm not mistaken the Autumn Hills Alzheimer treatment center is across the street.

She finished her career at UINDY. He was an assistant at BNL last year when his son was a junior, I'm guessing he will be on the bench again this year for Brayton's senior year.

You've always been very nice to me.

I just added him in there because his name comes up for everything. But I have never heard a bad word about him from anyone.

So far today I have heard Elston, Calbert, Moye and a high school coach names all mentioned. Calbert would have to really pick up his recruiting and just his drive to be a good assistant before I would give him a chance. Don't know enough about Moye to decide. I think Elston will be really good someday. I'm not going into the high school coach yet. I would also think about giving Mike Roberts a chance. Other names Guyton, Lewis, Tim Miles, Ronald Norad, Tongal, or anyone who will make us better.

This one hurts for me but not surprising. He didn't bring in any recruits, he was enjoying being an assistant a little too much from what I was told. I believe Ed knew this was going to happen. It will be interesting to see which way this goes when we hire a new coach.

The kid said he got a scholarship offer, Schilling liked it on twitter and then it was reported that he didn't get an offer.
